The Peter Duck is a classic East Coast design from Laurent Giles, evolved from the original ‘Peter Duck’ built for Arthur Ransome of Swallows and Amazons fame! They combine surprisingly spacious cruising accommodation, shallow draft, comfortable performance and a sea kindly manner, all within an easily managed and maintained size. ‘Bar Goose’ is believed to be unique within her class, originally built for her first owner who was very tall she has slightly taller topsides and superstructure making her even more spacious below decks! She also benefits from never being sheathed and is in good solid condition thanks to regular maintenance from her experienced owner.
