The boat has been completely stripped out as you can see in the pictures, the current owner was intending to refit the boat but his circumstances changed and he was no longer able to carry on with the project. As far as we have been told the boat was in working order beforehand.
Everything removed from the boat is being stored in a container next to the boat (Container can be purchased separately if needed) as far as we are aware everything removed is there but cannot guarantee it or if it is in usable working condition.
Any interest buyer will need to satisfy themselves about the whereabouts and condition of everything plus be fully aware that the boat is being sold as ‘spares or repairs’ with no warranties implied or given.
VAT will also need to be added to the final purchase price.
Current daily Boat storage £7.92 Container daily storage £3.30

The yard where she is currently stored removed all the fixtures and fittings and they were going to refit the whole boat, they are very competent boat builders and could refit the boat for any prospective buyer. Buyer would need to negotiate the cost of rebuild with the yard.
